Safe, Secure Internet Shopping
To place an order, you can either
e-mail me directly, use my secure on-line
ordering system, or use my contact details at the bottom of this page.
Credit Card payments are processed using Paymate,
a secure, Australian-based, online payment service. Just enter your order as usual on my secure ordering system
and I will email you the final amount with postage and direct you to the Paymate website where you can enter
your credit card details securely.
If you do not hear from me within two days of ordering, please CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDERS, both with your online
mail server and on your computer. I endeavour to reply the same day that I receive your order, or the next day.
When you get your credit card statement, you will see the transaction as
"Paymate", not Cobweb Cottage.
Please note that postage will be added after I receive your order. Orders are despatched within 3 - 5 working days of
receipt of payment, as I do not get in to town every day. Within NZ I use normal parcel post, and overseas it is airmail,
which generally takes between 4 and 10 days to arrive. If you would like to use Paypal, please
e-mail me
for details so that I can work out the postage charge and the final amount.
Prices used on my website and the order form are in New Zealand dollars, but on each item in the website I have indicated the
approximate price in US dollars (excluding postage). To calculate the cost in your own currency, you may
like to use Universal Currency ConverterTM
to do the conversion. Please Note: Postage and packaging will be added to each order based on the weight of the parcel,
and where it is being sent.
